Summary: Abby Young Powell presents her argument that even though
plagiarism is taught in schools, most students have not fully understood
what it means and its consequences. It could be poorly referenced
content in an essay or the use of someone’s ideas without giving them
credit. Significantly, the presence of a lot of academic content online
is what has largely contributed to this. It can, however, be avoided if
students are urged to put academic writing into practice and properly
coached on how to reference. They should also be advised not to copy
paste online material and to cite not only words but also ideas of
original content creators. For question #3 qustions should not include something you have already learned from the #2 linked article and the paragraph.
