Website Goal
The website goal is to give information in regards to the different programs that we offer. Also to give people a
chance to reach out to us if they have any questions or concerns in regards to any of the programs.
What results do I want to see?
Home Page – Introduction to the organization as a whole, who and what we do.
CJV – Program #1 –Includes about us, events, services we provide, becoming a member
Road – Program #2 – Includes about us, events, services we provide, pictures
Residential – Program #3- Includes about us, events, services we provide, pictures
WAM – Program #4- Includes about us, events, services we provide, pictures
Employment Page – Job Openings
Contact us Page – Phone numbers and hours
The results are that people are able to see each page individually and learn what each component does and how they
all work in conjunction with one another.
What information do I need?
For all the programs listed above, the information will come from our Board Members, Clinical Director, and staff.
Pictures are from staff that have gone on outings, made events for our consumers and have taken pictures. Job
openings will be given by our HR Department. The about us information is what we do and will be provided by our
Administrators who handle the responsibilities of each program.
What color scheme will you use for your site?
Go to paletton.com and select a color scheme your like. Play around with the different type of color combinations.
Choose a Triad or Tetrad combination, this will provide you will several colors for your website. When you find one that
you like, click “share palette” in the top right corner and copy the Pallet UID and the image and paste it in the space
below. Example is on the next page.

How will your project use a form?
We will use two forms in this project. We will have one form under contact us in which they will put
Name/Email/Phone and comment box. They can ask any question in regards to any of the programs. Our second
form will include for Job Openings. The information is Name/Address/.Phone/Email/Job History and they have an
option to upload a resume as well.
