My Teaching Philosophy
I believe in the beginning of the importance of the teaching profession and the
role of the teacher in the preparation of young people, and I believe that students
are the future.
Based on this deep faith I have my philosophy in teaching on the following:
– Clarifying the overall objectives of the course from the beginning.
– Giving students the tools that enable them to collect, use and produce knowledge.
– Helping students develop their abilities by believing in them and enhancing their
self-confidence.
– Balancing the wishes of students and their interests.
– Link education to the reality of life .
– Focusing on educational methods on critical thinking, meditation, research,
questioning, solving problems, projects, collective and individual work.
– Use the latest educational technology.
My philosophy is also to learn as I know. Learning for me is a
lifelong process. I am always keen to learn and learn new strategies and
philosophies from all colleagues around me, the environment, the community or
even the students themselves.
– I try to provide students with the skill that enables them to face practical,
professional and social life.
– I emphasize that the relationship between me and my students based on mutual
respect, and make the principle of dialogue, as well as open my mind and heart for
them always laugh and laugh with them whenever appropriate.
