School Improvement Plan
MSED 655 Supervisory Behavior
Development of a School Professional Development Plan
I.
Introduction
A. The Problem (The Focus of Long-Term Improvement):
B. Special Issues to Consider:
The Education Management focused on the vision of the strategic plan to enhance and align their
objectives with changing educational requirements. Also, it prepares students for success in college and
career.
Our mission: The Education Management will provide leadership, assistance, and resources, so
the students are willing to succeed in careers and post-secondary education. Also, they will be able to
share responsibility with regions and schools.
The Education Management first develope a Comprehensive Strategic Plan. It focuses on three
main areas: promoting literacy, improving the quality of teachers for all children, and expanding databased management and school support practices. Every year the plan is reconsidered to look at our
achievements. Also, it guides our work and emphasizes that each student be fully prepared to complete
the educational process in colleges, universities and professional life.
The strategic plan is continuously evolving and consistently focusing on matters of the publicschool student. In 2008, the board of education updated their vision for education, establishing a new
mission and goals.
The school leader will provide assistance and resources so that each student fully prepared to
succeed in professional and post-secondary education. The school leader will also share responsibility
with other school leaders.
